Your security is our priority. We hash and salt all passwords using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms. We do not store plaintext passwords. We strongly encourage all users to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
We store your email address to send you critical account notifications, password resets, and verification links. If you opt-in to our newsletter, we may also send promotional content. We do not sell your email address to third parties.
Because SIKKA operates a transparent blockchain ledger, your wallet address and the transactions associated with it are visible to other users on the block explorer. However, your wallet address is cryptographically separate from your personally identifiable information (PII) unless you explicitly link them.

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data. If you wish to permanently close your account and delete your data, please contact our support team. Note that immutable blockchain records (such as transactions) cannot be deleted, but your associated personal profile data can be removed.
